4. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our platform during the operating hours of restaurants or vendors.Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible.All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made via approved payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile payments, cash-on-delivery where available).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will be processed if an order is cancelled before preparation begins.

7. Vendor & Partner Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for maintaining hygiene, quality, and timely preparation of orders. WellFood is a facilitator and is not liable for vendor mistakes, but will assist in resolving disputes.

- WellFood is not liable for delays, incorrect items, or service interruptions caused by vendors or external factors.
- WellFood’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order.
